Stenson picked up birdies at the second and ninth holes, with three more at the 10th, 14th and 15th, to go one shot clear of Jim Furyk.Stenson’s Ryder Cup team-mates David Howell and Padraig Harrington share third place on three under par.Colin Montgomerie is last, dropping four shots in the

last five holes.
