Fasth struggles but retains lead

Fasth, the halfway leader, led by three after an opening birdie but bogeyed four of his next eight holes.Lima took the lead with a birdie at the 15th and finished on two-under 70, but Fasth caught him on 11 under with his birdie at the
18th for a one-over 73.The pair lead Nick Dougherty, David Frost and Thomas Levet by two shots.Former Ryder Cup star Levet is still recovering from a vertigo problem so bad he told his wife she might have to start working again.But the Frenchman was furious at the end of his round after getting a share of the lead with five birdies in eight holes before dropping shots at both the 17th and 18th to finish with a level par round of 72.”I was stupid at the last hole and so was my caddie,” he said after putting his tee shot into sand and then finding rough. “No way should you hit a driver.”It’s such a pity. I made a super comeback and it was all going my way, but then I let it go.”
